Temp 30, DP 22, no wind. nice weather. Felt a bit lousy last night, so was pretty happy with how this one went. Workout was supposed to be 2-3x3200, but George told me to do 2x3200 and then add a 1600 if I felt good.

Ran 2x3200 plus 1600m in 12:31 (6:19/6:12); 12:24 (6:15/6:09), and then the 1600 in 6:07. Generally ran the first 400m or so by myself, and would then generally catch up to a group that included David, Ann, Jessica M, and some others. Ran the first 3200 a bit faster than I would like, but other than that a good workout. I'm not in top shape yet, but I'm getting there. Gait is still a bit wobbly, though. I'm also a bit lacking in top end speed.

Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x8 at 135, 155, 165), single leg deadlifts (2x5 at 30), and KB swings (2x15 at 25).
