Temp/DP 46, no wind.
Workout was 2x1600, 2x800, 2x400 in 6:34, 6:24, 3:07, 3:05, 90, and 89. Trailed Dave Lett and worked with Lauren and Jay. This felt like an improvement - I was smooth and glutes were firing, though my L/R balance did get skewed to the R at the faster paces.
Breathing was advair 250/50, Qvar, and one puff of rescue before workout - breathing was good.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla Gus - sat well.
