Raw data dump for GW Parkway 5K.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, caramel macchiato GU, half an expresso GU, and most of berry stroopwafel - sat well. Took half a blackberry GU right before.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue before race. Breathing good, but throat very dry due to pollen.
Stopped watch late due to breaking tape.
