Temp/DP 73. Did 2000, 1600, 1200, 2x800 in 7:46, 6:16, 4:36, 3:02, 3:01. Intentionally pulled back on these to make sure I kept them aerobic in the humidity. Felt like I could have done another 1-2 800s at the same pace, which was good.
Trailed Aurelia for most of the workout - had Kate W, Romain, and Emily as company for part.
Breathing OK - Advair 250 and Qvar. Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, maple bacon and smores GUs, and coconut stroopwafel.
