Temp/DP 75.
Workout was 2K, 3x800, 2x400. I made it through the 2K and the first 800, and then overheated (I think I pushed the 800 too much). Took a break, did two 400s, called it good. Splits were 8:07 and 3:05 (with 5 minutes rest) and then 91 and 89 with equal time rest.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GU - sat well.
Breathing was fine - Advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus one puff of rescue.
Wore arm-coolers.
L/R balance was 48.5/51.5
