Temp 57, DP 42. Workout was 2x800, 1600, 2x800, 2x400 - ran 2:53, 2:50, 5:50, 2:50, 2:51, 84, and 82. Worked with Beth, Jenn, Romain, Jamie, Alex and trailing pack of others. Started 400s with Carolyn, Drew and someone else, but got dropped almost instantly, and soloed the rest.

400s were slow compared to the rest of the workout, but I think that's because I was soloing them instead of working in a pack. I was also trying to run fast but relaxed rather than kill them.

Legs were tired from Sunday's run on a muddy soft towpath, so I was pleasantly surprised the workout was this fast. Breathing very good (just Advair 250/50, no Qvar). Definitely tired after.

Breakfast was Berry Stroopwafel, rice, hemp powder, and ginger GU.
