Notes
Starting temp 76, DP 75; ending temp 80, DP 76. Light breeze (nice) but no real wind. Pollen of 8.4.
Parked near my old place on S St. and then took S to 18th to NH to P to Wisconsin to M. Crossed the Key Bridge and took the MV trail to the 14th St bridge, before doing a loop of Hains Point. Then took 15th up to K across to Connecticut, which I took to Dupont Circle, before taking NH back to S St.
Drills and four strides after. Felt surprisingly good for the weather.
