Temp and DP 50, light wind of 5 MPH from north.

Did 3x800 in 2:58, 2:55, 2:55 with recoveries of 2:29 and 2:41. Ran these a bit harder than I meant to - felt perky. Right hamstring slightly tight after, but should clear up by race day.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and half an expresso GU Sat well.

Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff of rescue - breathing good
