Starting temp 62, DP 60, ending temp 71, DP 57. Ran out Custis to Falls Church, then picked up Route 7, which I took to the W&OD. Then took W&OD to alternate Custis to Jacksonville to Wilson to Golds Ballston (took Glebe to Quincy to avoid construction and get to 10 miles)
Felt sluggish - I think I didn't drink enough water. Better after drinking at Golds.
