Warm-up was fartlek of .1 on, .2 off, at 9.0, 9.5, 9.8, 10.0, 10.5, 11.0, 2x11.5, and 2x12.0. (off at 6.6)
Workout was solid, but still slightly on the easy end. I could have done 2 more reps easily.
