Temp 57, DP 54, wind of 5 MPH from south. Did 2x2 miles on Hains Point, splitting 13:37 (6:49/6:48) and 13:16 (6:41/6:35). ~5 minutes jog in between. After, recovered completely and then did 6x30 seconds on/30 seconds off to get a bit more leg speed..
Felt pretty good. L/R balance was R dominated for the workout. Left hamstring at knee twinged once or twice.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and salted caramel Gus - sat well.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar.
