On Treadmill with Stryd (calibrated at 101.2 - about 13 seconds slower than treadmill speed)
Did 8 fake Iwo Jima hills on the treadmill - alternating:
-2:00 at 8.8 MPH and 3.0 incline
-1:30 at 6.7 MPH and 1.0 incline
-0:30 at 9.5 MPH and 1.0 incline
-1:00 at 6.7 MPH and 1.0 incline
GCT balance fairly good, but any faster than 9.5 MPH and I got imbalanced.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted watermelon GUs - sat well.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus 2 puffs of rescue
Music was Zoltar - Subterranean 896
