Easy run -- kept HR under 155, and close to 150 for most of it. Ran down U st, and then to Mall and around the Washington monument before up Rock Creek to Water Street, and then M st back to Dupont and then the gym
Lungs felt pretty good -- mostly because I used my inhaler in prep for a track workout that never happened. Right psoas only twinges on inclines; so I opted to walk up the one hill.
