Temp and DP 40, wind of 5 MPH from SW
Did 3x800, working with Juan, Rachel, Barret, and Dave McKenzie. Felt good, though breathing a bit tight and body tense. Took one puff of rescue after first 800 and that helped. Split 2:58, 2:54, 2:52 with recoveries of 2:13 and 2:28 between.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and salted watermelon and smores GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus one puff of rescue during workout. Was tight, and then OK.
