On Fluffy - incline at 0% since incline motor is having issues.
Finished my warm-up, and then did 7x1K with 75 seconds recovery - mostly at 9.4 MPH, but upping to 9.5-9.6 for last 2. Splits were supposedly 3:51, 3:52, 3:53, 3:52, 3:53, 4:00 (definitely off), 3:53. Jogs at 6.6 MPH.
Then did 6x45 seconds hard - ranging from 10.4-10.6 mph, also with 75 second jogs at 6 mph.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel Gus - sat well.
Breathing was very good -- Breo and Qvar.
Wore ankle braces. L/R contact at 46.9/53.1.
