Temp 71, DP 70, wind of 5 MPH from south.
Headed over to the track, did drills/strides, and then two sets of 6x200m with 200m recovery. First two of each set were hard, second two were harder, and final two were very hard. 600m recovery between sets.
Splits were 44/44/43/43/40/40 and 43/44/42/41/39/40.
Did these into the slight headwind; should have probably done them the other way.
After, did four short hill sprints
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar, breathing was good.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
