Temp 68, DP 66, no wind.
Did a mixed hill/tempo workout of 3x0:10 hill sprints, 2K, 1200m, 6x1:00 hills (2x easy, medium, hard), and then back to the track for 2x1200m. Splits on the track were 8:59, 5:16, 5:17, and 5:08.
2:4x recovery between the 2K and 1200m and between the 1200s.
Breakfast was rice, sunflower butter, chocolate cliff gel and berry GU - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue - breathing good.
L/R balance at 48.9/51.1
Wore arm-coolers.
