Notes
Starting temp 60, DP 50 (temp rose to 68 during workout). Wind of 5 MPH from north.
Did 4x1200 and then 2x400. Splits were 5:09, 5:01, 4:58, 4:56 and then 93 and 95. 2:3x-2:5x recovery between the 1200s; full recovery for the 400s.
Trailed Lauren and JD for the most part. Definitely much better than last week, though I'm not totally fine. But legs swinging much better, and a bit more stable. Of course, some of this was the weather. But I was also running right with people whom I was far behind last week.
Breakfast was rice, sunflower butter, berry GU and chocolate cliff shot - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good.
L/R balance 48.7/51.3
Took 1mg trihexyphenidyl at around 4:15 am.
