Notes
Temp 39, DP 26, wind of 7 MPH from north (Intermittent).
On the track, did a warm-up fartlek and then a 1600 at 10M-halfM effort in 6:30. Followed with two relaxed 200s (trying to be around 5K effort, though I think I undershot) and some drills.
Wore sports bra and shorts for workout+ gloves. Wore ankle braces - L/R balance of 48.4/51.6.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and french toast GUs - sat well.
Breathing was good - Breo and Qvar.
