Felt tired from Sunday's long run, so stuck with a relatively easy workout.
For warm-up, progression went up from 7.0 to 9.0. Fartlek was .1 on, .2 off, at 2x9.5; 2x9.8, 2x10.0, 1x10.5. (recovery at 6.8)
PTT a little sore at first, but never got worse
