Temp 67, DP 63. Ran with Dan, Evan, Greg, Chris C, Jessica's R. and C, and Bill.
Treated the workout as a drill - powerful knee lift on the way up; and also lifting the knees more on the stride on the way down. Felt a bit tired this morning
We did take a quick sip of water every 2 reps due to the humidity, and I also had to retie my shoes between the 6th and 7th rep.
Ran from pool to hill for warm-up. For cooldown, did back and forth on Memorial bridge and then up to Rosslyn Golds. After injury prevention work, took metro back to Ballston.
One puff of Dulera in the morning.
