Temp 75, DP 70. Ran out Fairfax connector to Custis to W&OD to 4 mile run up to East Falls Church. Then ran out Van Buren to 18th and back onto W&OD. Did 1 mile pick-up from mile markers 4 to 5, then looped back up 4 mile run to Carlin Sprints to Kensington road and the Bluemont Junction. Took that to George Mason, which I took back to Custis and the Fairfax connector.
