At Mint; incline 2.0 unless otherwise stated. Wanted to do at least 5 mile repeats at 6:32 pace, but just didn't have it in me (couldn't focus, due to home/blizzard worries). So swapped to intervals of .25 miles, with .25 mile recovery, just to have some sort of positive result from the workout.
