Starting temp 62, DP 55, ending temp 64, DP 53. Really nice weather; though a headwind at times from the southwest, which made most of the marathon pace stuff into the wind.

Ran the first part of the run with new guy Chris, Stephen, and Katie. We eventually split up into smaller pairs, and I ran with Chris until near Calvert Crossing on the return.

Paced this as first 3.5 at 9:29; next 4.5 at 7:59, next 3 at 7:34, last five at 6:59.

Really happy with how this went - the marathon pace part felt like marathon effort, which was great. Took Maple Bacon GU near end - half with 6 miles to go, and half with 3 miles to go. Also three GU Chomps at Pierce Mill.

First 3.5 at 9:29; next 4.5 at 7:59, next 3 at 7:34, last five at 6:59.
