Temp and DP 72, wind of 3 MPH from east. Did 6x800, trailing Bradford and Bailey. I was pretty happy with this - felt so much better than last week.
Splits were 3:10, 3:09, 3:08, 3:06, 3:05, 3:00. Recoveries were mostly 2:2x-2:4x, but the one between reps 5-6 was 3:11.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder. smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar plus one puff of rescue before workout. Breathing seemed fine.
HR strap not working, so the HR values are off, and no L/R balance info.
