Notes
Temp 41, DP 27. Really nice weather. Did 4x1200, working with Jess Chin, and trailing Dan, Stephanie, Kelly, Jillian, Karina, and Juan.
Splits were 4:43, 4:38, 4:38, and 4:31. Kept these pretty restrained, except for the last. One puff Foradil in the morning, also had to pull out the Albuterol after the first rep. Pollen is pretty high.
