Temp 73, DP 71. Track was closed, so did 4 loops of the sidewalk counter clockwise, 2:30 recovery. Splits were 5:25, 5:20, 5:13, 5:09. Was pacing for 5-6, but George pulled me after four, as he didn't want anyone doing more.

Ran with or trailed behind Dan, Elyse, Kate H-W, Matt, Greg, and Taylor. Everyone was a bit strung out on the workout, which I preferred, since it made it easier to keep an eye on the footing.

Afterwards, jogged with others, and then did a Glebe/Lee/Monroe loop, ending at MM 2 on the Custis, where I did drills and 6 hill sprints. Then over to Golds before heading home.

One puff Foradil in the morning, then a puff Albuterol right before. Air was really thick, but no breathing problems at all - yay. I think the allergens got pushed way down because of the rain.
