Starting temp 64, DP 60, ending temp 64, DP 48. Wind supposedly from the south at 15 MPH, but it was really coming from the west.

Ran towards Hains Point and back - ran with big group on way out, including Chris C, Thomas, Melissa, Carolyn, Alex F, Damien, Maddie, Barrett, David McKenzie and David Kent, plus others I'm likely forgetting. Did the rest of the run with David Kent.

Split as first 3 averaging 8:53, next 5 averaging 7:27, last 4 averaging 6:54. Tried to stick with an honest marathon effort rather than try to force something into the wind. This might have still been a bit harder than true marathon effort.

Hamstring held up fine - felt better than yesterday. I toyed with the idea of doing 14, but couldn't come up with a good reason, just mileage compulsiveness. So I stuck with 12.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and salted watermelon GUs - sat well.

Breathing was two puffs of rescue, Advair 250/50, and Qvar. Still a bit tight during the run.

Wore sports bra and shorts - was totally comfortable despite it being January.
