Temp 67, DP 65; wind supposedly from north at 18 MPH, but felt less; pollen of 8.1
Did a quick perk-me-up at WL. Goal was 4x400 at 10K, 2x200 at 5K with 100m floats, and then some 100s at goal mile pace. 10K and 5K segments ended up being a bit fast, and the floats were slightly longer than 30 seconds since I was trying to stay out of the way of the Georgetown team, which was filming.
100m reps were good. The first and third were a bit long, but I think that was because I was starting at the wrong mark and running a bit further than 100m. I was also staying in lane 2-3, which added a bit of distance.
Felt pretty good. New Adios felt very good.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, SMores GU and one tropical shot blok - sat well.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar.
