Temp 45, DP 40. Ran from gym to Georgetown, then down to water front before heading back up Rock Creek to Calvert Crossing, and then (after walking up hill) back to gym. Left plantar feeling better, though still stiff and tight. A bit of tightness in right PF and post tib, plus soleus, which worries me - compensation?
Followed up with full set of injury prevention exercises.
