Temp and DP 72, wind of 7 MPH from NW; pollen of 5.2.
Since my PTT felt a bit tender yesterday, I played this carefully
Ran out and back towards Hains Point to do 12 - since I felt good at the turnaround, I picked it up and did 5 at marathon effort back to Fletchers. PTT felt fine, so I added a 4 mile cooldown after to get to the originally planned 16.
I suspect that the first 3 miles of marathon effort were faster than 7:03 - they felt faster, and Monty said he thought I was moving faster.
Hung with a good group for the first part - Jenn, Monty, Barret, Eric, David K, David M, and others.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and a berry GU - sat well.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar.
