Temp 65, DP 64. Did 3200, 1600 in 12:51 (6:28/6:23) and 6:04. Soloed the workout, since I was between groups. Tried not to push the 3200 too hard (easy, since I was feeling the humidity) and then picked it up more on the 1600.
Breathing not great - Advair 250/50 and Qvar, but didn't get a good puff of the Advair.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, triberry and smores GUs, and coconut stroopwafel - sat well.
