Notes

Starting temp/DP 73; for workout temp of 77, DP 74; ended at temp 82, DP 76. No wind.

Jogged down to Georgetown via Iwo Jima and did 8 hill strides up Thomas Jefferson, looping back down on 30th. Did first four using my distance runner gait, and then the last four on my forefoot like a miler. Pleasantly surprised at how the latter went - I may be able to pull off some good miles this summer. Started near 70 seconds and finished just under 60 seconds for the last, with about 2:30 jogging recovery after each.

Didn't carry water since I was doing repeats and there would be a water fountain nearby - mistake, since the fountain was off. Oh well.

Jogged to Golds Rosslyn after.

Breathing was decent - Advair 250/50 and one puff of Qvar.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, Smores GU and two tropical shot bloks. Sat OK.
