Temp 49, Dp 48. Hill reps on Iwo Jima. Felt pretty sluggish, so kept it conservative, and limited to 6. Right hamstring also crampy afterwards, along with right psoas (same issue I get when running fast down Cap Crescent). I think I need to hold back even more on the downhills.
Followed with squats at gym - 3x8 at 125, 145, 165.
One puff of Dulera before.
