Temp 74, DP 69, wind of 6 MPH from NE
Did my warm-up fartlek on HP, then did a 2 mile tempo, followed by 2x800. Splits were 12:49 (6:27/6:22) and then 3:06 and 3:05. 5:30 recovery after tempo; 2:3x recovery after half-miles.
Had planned on doing 4x800, but GI system a bit inflamed and I was feeling the heat/humidity, so I though this was good enough for a start.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, lemonade, salted watermelon, and half a caramel macchiato GU - had some GI problems during run.
Breathing was OK - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and one puff of rescue
