At Mint; incline of 2.5%. Humidity destroyed me (dewpoint of 73). 6 intervals of .3 on, .2 off, with on at 9.5, off at 6.5. Shouldn't have been hard at all, but again -- the humidity. Did 6, and hit the point where it was turning into race effort, so I shut it down. Did a few strides to follow up - "on" was .1, "off" was .25, with the on at 11.0, 11.3, 11.5.
Not at all that impressive on the page, but this felt like a solid workout.
