Temp/DP 73. Did 2x(1600, 800) and then 400, 2x200. For the main part of the workout, mostly trailed a big pack of Sarah, Matt, Will, Dave L, Dave M, and many others. Splits were 6:45, 3:18, 6:38, 3:12, and then 94, 47, 47. Recoveries of 4:45 and 5:34 after the two 1600s, and 2:42 after the first 800. Full recovery for the 400 and 200s.

Breakfast was rice, sunflower butter, salted caramel GU and chocolate clif gel - sat well.
Breathing was advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue - breathing good.
