Raw data dump for Fairfax 4 Miler. Tied up at end and so couldn't stop my watch right at the finish line.
Ate race breakfast at 2:45 pm. Rice, hemp powder, 2xexpresso plus caramel Macchiato GUs, berry stroopwafel, and a caffeinated sport bean. Sat well.
Took evening asthma meds at 2:30 pm
