At Mint, incline of 2.0 except where noted.
Workout was 3 intervals of 3 miles each at 6:40 pace (equals 6:48 outside). 3 minute jogging recovery between first and second interval; full recovery between second and third (needed to hit bathroom, and then had to reply to email). I'm annoyed that I took the break between the 2nd and 3rd repeats, but I'm not sure I could have completed otherwise.
This was a hard one. Aerobically, it was fine. But my stride is definitely off. Very little pain, just lack of coordination and power. I might have been slowed a bit by the fact I wore the Adrenalines (wanted to protect my calf)
Took singulair and claritin the night before, 1 sudafed in am
Warm-up was1.5 miles easy, and then fartlek of 1 on, .2 off; on was 9.0, 9.3, 9.5, 9.8, 10.0, 10.3, 10.5; off was 6.6.
HRM died on me.
