Notes

Dewpoint of 60. Felt good at start, but tired towards end.

Took water at Key Bridge, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, and during hill sprints (bottle). Also 1 salt tab and 1 GU block.

Hill sprints were a bit hard -- I think due to the humidity.
