Temp 62, DP 58. Did 4x1200+800, running them as a cut-down set. Splits were 4:50, 4:40, 4:36, 4:30 and then 2:52 for the hard 800.

Worked with Brent, Dan, Jamie, Sarah, Bradford, David. I really like running these workouts as cut-downs when in marathon training - I still get all the leg turnover benefits, but don't break my body down running splits that aren't relevant to my marathon training.

Gut not good - had to hit bathroom before the 800. Dinner from over the weekend not agreeing with me - I was bloated when I woke up. Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, berry Stroopwafer, and ginger and lemonade GUs - breakfast was fine - the indigestion was from before.

Breathing good - Advair 250/50 plus my rescue inhaler before the advair, to make sure I got a good dose of Advair.
