Starting temp/DP 73; ending temp/DP 75/53. Wind of 8MPH from NE; pollen of 8.7.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to Van Buren. Then took Noland to Rt 7 all the way to the W&OD, which I took back to the alternative Custis, Jefferson, and then Wilson all the way to Quincy.
Drills and four strides after in the parking lot of Golds Ballston.
Felt better than yesterday - I guess 9 hours of sleep is what I needed.
