Temp and DP 40, wind of 6 MPH from NE.
Met Lauren at Hains Point and did 4 loops. Most were easy/moderate (I wasn't good about riding the brakes); upped it to moderate and then to marathon effort (actually too hard) at the end. Split this as first 8 at 8:40; next 2 at 7:38, next 2 at 6:56.
Ankle felt fine the whole time. Wore ankle braces on both ankles.
Foodpod calibrated at 101.6
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar. Breathing a bit tight at first and then fine.
Started with longsleeve and shorts; tossed the longsleeve after 6 miles.
