Temp either 16 or 10 (do you believe my car or Weather underground?), DP of 2, fairly windy. DId a 4 mile tempo, swapping off the lead every 3 laps with Jessica Chin.
Splits were 6:48/6:39/6:37/6:35 for overall 26:39 (~6:40 pace). Started off with the first lap or so at 7:00 pace, and then worked down. Pretty happy with this workout - actually felt pretty good once we were running and warmed up. Definitely needed the longer warm-up, though.

Wore thicker longsleeve over sportsbra, CWX tights, ankle warmers, and ski mittens, plus fuzzy headband, and jacket to warm-up. Felt perfectly dressed for the conditions.
