Temp 46, light rain at times. Did an easy run from gym to WL track via Wilson/Kirkwood/Washington. DId drills/strides, then picked up Custis at MM 1.5. Ran down to MM 4 on W&OD, and back (taking alt Custis) to Rosslyn. Then back to MM 2 on Custis before taking Quincy back to the gym.
Focused on form throughout. Hammy felt better, but I'm still not using it 100%. Right calf a bit tight at time, and right foot had a slight bit of soreness - compensation for hammy?
Drills/strides felt very good.
