Temp 34, DP 32.

Dr. Booker cleared me to do the workout, so I went ahead. George was pretty firm about sticking to 6 reps, so that's what I did.

I was shooting for 3:00 for each to be careful, but ended up picking up too much anyway - split as 3:01, 2:57, 2:56, 2:56, 2:55, 2:53. Felt like I could have done several more. Left calf never an issue at all during workout, though did get slightly tight a few hours later. Right peroneal slightly tight during the workout, but fine after.

Followed up with injury prevention work, including squats (3x6 at 135, 155, 175) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 35)

One puff of dulera in the morning.
