Temp/DP 60, light rain, wind from NE at 13 MPH.
Met CAR at Fletchers and ran down to Hains Point and back. First 3 miles averaged 8:57, next 9 miles averaged 8:13 pace. Gait felt good (especially since I think I forgot to take my Artane). HR very elevated, but I think that may have been an issue with the strap.
L/R balance at 48.7/51.3. No caffeine before run, but did eat a brownie (maybe that jacked up my HR?)
The part of the route on concrete near Lincoln seemed really slick in these shoes.
