Temp 57, DP 45. Interval workout on the track. Workout was 400/800/1200/1600/1200/800/400 - one of my favorites.
Ran 1:32, 3:06, 4:34, 6:06, 4:34, 2:57, 1:24, working in a group with Greg, Jessica C, and Taylor. Kept these controlled. Probably the least my hips have ever hurt in a track workout, so yay. One puff Foradil before workout. Stomach a bit off throughout.
