Starting termp 69, DP 62; ending temp 71. DP 60. Out and back on the towpath, mostly with Joe Emerson. Weird run. Felt very good for first part, and then lousy for last few miles, with HR surging. mouth and throat felt very dry. I'm not quite sure what the issue was - dehydration possibly? I did swap to Advair last night - perhaps that was it? Very strange, and a bit concerning.
