Workout was 6-10x800; per my plan I aimed to run each a bit slower. 3:10-ish for the first, and 3:03-3:04 for the later ones. NO RED-LINING.
Splits ended up being 3:10, 3:05, 3:04, 3:03, 3:02, 3:00, 3:05
Took two puffs of the inhaler 10 minutes before the workout, and by the second rep I was feeling much better. By the fifth, I felt fantastic (and started running them too fast). Put the brakes on for the seventh because I was hoping I could do a few more, but coach shut me down there (I'm assuming because I have Cherry Blossom this weekend). Workout felt too easy, and my HR never hit interval level effort, but I guess that's not a bad thing the week before a big 10 mile race.
Pollen count was 8.1 (high)
